All PFI buckets are manufactured from patented molds in our San Antonio, Texas, facility. In-stock buckets are shipped within one to three business days to keep your operation running.
Our most-ordered buckets are kept in stock at our San Antonio, Texas, facility. Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Less common buckets can have a lead time of up to six weeks.
Replacement bucket size is based on the width of your Bucket Elevator. Widths range from 6-48 inches. You can determine your Bucket Elevator width by measuring your machine or referring to the manual.
Buckets are available in multiple materials: polycarbonate (standard), polyethylene, and stainless steel. We have specialty buckets that are ribbed, in various colors, metal detectable, and split.

How often you replace your buckets depends on how often you use your Bucket Elevator, the application, and whether the equipment maintenance schedule has been followed. As a general guide, we recommend replacing damaged buckets as needed and all buckets every 3-5 years as part of a rebuild.
